Products & Availability

- Availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.
Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after 24 hours.
- Payments must be completed in full before order processing begins.
Shipping & Delivery
- Local orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days.
- International orders: Delivered within 7–14 business days.
- Orders containing both local and international items may arrive in separate packages.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their order status through the Track Order page available on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days only if:
- The item is damaged, or
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Change of Shipping Address
Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected]. Changes after this period may not be possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Intellectual Property
All content on EmEm.lk including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of EmEm.lk and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
EmEm.lk shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by couriers or customs
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Misuse of products purchased from the site

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
